Be wary of:

  • Executive Relationships Between Firm and SAAS Provider

  • Lack of Internal Expertise Involved in SAAS Selection Process

  • Date Driven vs. Business Outcome Focused Delivery

  • Lack of Proof of Concept or Small Pilot Prior to Contract Execution & Payment (SAAS Provider Should have Skin in the Game)
